Donald Trump’s pick for Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos, had an interview no less than 16 years ago with a group called “The Gathering”. During the interview, DeVos indicated that the church should be more crucial in our daily habits and our communities. We can’t deny that, for sure!
We are lucky enough to have made Trump our president, because without him, the church almost became a nonexistent factor in our public sphere. For instance, have a look at Obama’s executive orders these previous eight years and you will see how what we just mentioned is relevant.
Thankfully, Betsy DeVos intends to change all of that. Namely, she intends to bring America back to the period where the freedom of expression is appreciated, used and celebrated. That naturally includes prayer.
Take a look at the interview where Betsy said all of that: As you are aware, in plenty countries throughout the world, you are treated bad by the government for being religious and practicing prayer in your life.
However, with Betsy DeVos as the Secretary of Education, we will take advantage of what the First Amendment gives us and bring the American education to its former glory again.
Basically it doesn’t matter of you’re a Christian, an atheist, or whatever — the freedom to pray and take advantage your First Amendment rights will never be taken away from you again.
